I came here because I was partying a lot at weekends when I came to Thailand I partied very hard for the first week. And I started feel worst than usual. So I booked into New Leaf Detox Resort after seeing on an ad in a magazine. I signed up for the 5 day Jump Start program because it had everything I was looking for like colonic irrigation. It was somewhere to relax and spend time out of the main population. I found the first couple of days very hard from the fasting but I stuck with it. I feel like a new person. I feel happier and healthier than I can remember. The staff at the resort are very helpful. Air, the program director helped me a lot in the first couple of days applying just the right comment of strictness by using the facts of the course. I would say my time at New Leaf Detox Resort was very productive. I learnt a lot that I will keep with me and use for the rest of my life.
