After 2 years of batting the effects of all unhealthy lifestyle i.e. long work hours, no exercise, bad eating habits, I have developed chronic asthma, chronic sinusitis and was very overweight. This had knocked on effect of joint pains, backache etc. The list goes on. Hence the choice to embark on this detox journey.
