It was quite an experience to go through the whole program. I would say every one of us needs a lot of discipline and determination and with the help of the staff, Air, Tom I have made it. When we stayed our first day in New Leaf, everything was new experience from coconut oil, juice for breakfast, smoothie for lunch and clear bowl of soup for dinner. We started counting our days and thinking, dreaming of all the food we can have. Once we have done our first colonic irrigation, we all realized how many harm we, human nature what have we done to our own body then the liver flush we determine and what new life. I have no regret to come here and not be able to enjoy all the good food however, I know I’ll grow again like a “NEW LEAF” I would like to take the opportunity to thank “Air” who gave us her constants supports throughout the weeks and the valuable information’s.
